ICED COFFEE HOT DAYS

people often stop by and tell us "Fayes you have the best ice coffee I ever drank. Do you put a little love in every cup."  Well the answer is yes every thing we do at Fayes has a little piece of heart in it, that and we cold brew.
"but what is cold Brew?"

Cold Brew naturally seems sweeter due to its lower acidity. The coffee beans in cold-press coffee never come into contact with heated water, the process of leaching flavor from the beans produces a different chemical profile than conventional brewing methods.
Cold brew coffee is not to be confused with iced coffee, which refers to coffee that is brewed hot and then chilled by pouring over or adding ice.

So stop by on one of these hot days and bring a friend to try our wonderful Cold Brew coffee.

P.S. It is also sometimes referred to as Toddy coffee. now you know.
